Questions to ask PSCAA – a start

For the upcoming Puget Sound Clean Air Agency meeting:

How will PSEs Cr/VI chromium hexavalent contribute to the overall exposure to Cr/VI that humans and the environment are currently experiencing?

What other industries in and around the port report on their Cr/VI emissions?

Will the fracked gas refinery emit benzene in any form or amount? If so, what are those forms and amounts?

How many flare stacks will PSE be permitted for? Will those those measures be (or are they) cumulative?

What safety measure will be in place to assure that humans and the environment are not catastrophically and fatally impacted by a breach event or system failure?

Is there any intent/plan on behalf of ANY agency to measure and report emissions of toxic chemicals for the safety of human and environmental health?
